Supplementary Video 4: CT imaging of the thorax moving from cranial to caudal.

Several abnormalities were detected, including a persistent left superior vena cava (PLSVC), a superior sinus venosus atrial septal defect, partial anomalous pulmonary venous return of the right pulmonary veins from the upper and middle lobes, and an enlarged coronary sinus into which the PLSVC drains.
