Michelle Kittleson

Dr Michelle Kittleson, MD, PhD, is a renowned expert in heart failure and transplantation, serving as the Director of Postgraduate Education and Research and Professor of Medicine at Cedars-Sinai's Smidt Heart Institute. She completed her medical training at Yale University and her fellowship in Cardiology at John Hopkins Hospital, where she also earned her PhD in clinical investigation.

With over 60 peer-reviewed publications, Dr Kittleson contributes to national educational efforts and has been involved in major writing committees for the American Heart Association and American College of Cardiology. Her work has been featured in medical journals and even as poetry in JAMA and the Annals of Internal Medicine.

Dr Kittleson is also the author of Mastering the Art of Patient Care and a collection of tips for doctors shared on Twitter, the #kittlesonrules.
